本文件定義了質(zhì)量管理體系中部門(mén)過(guò)程指標(biāo)的測(cè)量方法,主要依據(jù)為《TL 9000質(zhì)量管理體系測(cè)量手冊(cè)》4.5版。

This procedure is according to《TL9000 Quality Management System Measurements Handbook》Release 4.5 defined measurement method of Quality system department target .

本程序文件適用于公司生產(chǎn)的電信產(chǎn)品。

5.0 定義/DEFINITION

5.1按照電信業(yè)優(yōu)質(zhì)供方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人論壇(QuEST Forum)的定義,本公司產(chǎn)品類(lèi)別主要為8.2.4b。(參見(jiàn)TL9000測(cè)量手冊(cè)附錄A,表格A-2)。

5.2年度因數(shù):一年中的報(bào)告周期數(shù)(注:我公司報(bào)告周期為一個(gè)日歷月,年度因子為12)。

7.1.2.2 質(zhì)量部根據(jù)產(chǎn)品類(lèi)別和客戶基礎(chǔ)庫(kù)計(jì)算報(bào)告的問(wèn)題,并根據(jù)適用的計(jì)算規(guī)則轉(zhuǎn)換成“問(wèn)題報(bào)告數(shù)量”。

7.1.2.3 當(dāng)客戶提供數(shù)據(jù)不足時(shí),質(zhì)量部根據(jù)產(chǎn)品類(lèi)別、測(cè)量適用表格(正?;瘑挝唬⒏戒汚,表格A-2的范圍內(nèi),基于內(nèi)部產(chǎn)品的出貨記錄計(jì)算產(chǎn)品類(lèi)別的正常化信息。

7.4.2.2 PM負(fù)責(zé)自客戶處取得“當(dāng)月按其要求交貨日期中,按期達(dá)成的項(xiàng)目數(shù)量”(Dla),并把此數(shù)據(jù)提供給質(zhì)量部。

7.5.2.2 質(zhì)量部負(fù)責(zé)作產(chǎn)品相應(yīng)的追溯并從PM處統(tǒng)計(jì)相應(yīng)的出貨數(shù)量。

QA department have to tracking and collect the shipping quantity from PM.

7.6所有數(shù)據(jù)均由質(zhì)量部匯整成TL9000測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)表,并經(jīng)質(zhì)量部經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后,由相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上遞交作業(yè),對(duì)于遞交的數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告趨勢(shì)由質(zhì)量部負(fù)責(zé)制作并根據(jù)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成狀況作相應(yīng)的檢討與改善的提出與改善確認(rèn)

QA dept need to be summarized all data to TL9000 measuring sheet and approved by QA manager, then submit on website. QA dept. take charge of analyze these data and give an improvement and verification.
